Marsha Richardson, Compliance Manager
Marsha conducts in-house training and legal compliance review. She has been an instructor for over 35 years, helping agents understand contracts and real estate law. Marsh served the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors as Present, MLS Chairman and C.A.R. director for many years, as well as an inter-board arbitrator for C.A.R.
Mitsuo (Mits) Matusnami, Technology Manager
Mits is the company IT specialist with superb technical computer skills. With over 27 years of real estate experience under his belt, he has wealth of knowledge and is great mentor. Additionally, he serves as the Career Development Manager, helping new agents settle into a productive new real estate career.
Sandra Wilkinson, Coaching Manager
Sandra has been a licensed real estate agent since 2007 and has had the honor of being in the top 1% of the Fresno MLS for many of those years. She joined the C. Watson team in June of 2022 and has used her passion for helping other to guide agents in achieving their lifestyle goal through real estate.
Laura Gerami, Front Desk
Laura is the front desk secretary and the first smile you see when you walk through the front door at the C. Watson office. She assists all agents from inputing new listing, ordering signs to go in and come down, updating files and everything in between. She helps the office run smoothly and you can always rely on her if there is ever anything you need.

Mike Allen
Mike is the President and Co-owner of Quantum Realty Group, Inc. which is the parent company of Century 21 Jordan Link & Company and Century 21 C. Watson, and is the 25th largest C21 brokerage in the United States, with 6 office locations and 325 agents. Mike is celebrating his 25th year as a Real Estate Investor and currently is involved with five real estate partnerships with portfolios in California, Idaho and Wyoming.
Michael Gutierrez
Michael is a Real Estate Broker and Co-owner of Quantum Realty Group, Inc. He enjoys staying involved with local non-profit organizations and many other community service clubs. He is past President of the Porterville Breakfast Lions and currently sits on the Sierra View Hospital Foundation as the Secretary. Michael believes that staying involved with your local community and simply being kind can go a long way towards having a positive lasting impact in your town and in people's lives.
